Wild Heart Haven
We work with different groups to provide wellbeing support in an age appropriate and relevant way. All the activities we provide are optional, we encourage participation to get the best out of your experience, however we understand that you are on your own journey and activities might not be suitable for all.
Retreats
We offer weekend retreats designed to help guests slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Set in a peaceful, natural environment, our retreats provide the perfect space to step away from daily distractions and focus on personal wellbeing. Guests are invited to explore a range of practices including yoga, meditation, breath work, cold water therapy and sound baths, alongside opportunities for one-to-one counselling. Each activity is thoughtfully chosen to support mental, emotional, and physical balance, encouraging a deeper sense of clarity and calm. Whether you’re seeking renewal, healing, or simply time for yourself, our retreats offer a gentle yet powerful journey of self-discovery.
